There are a few ways to get help in Eiger. See the following screen shots.
If you are having an issue slicing a part or we request to view your settings, you can easily share your Eiger Solid with us by clicking the "Get Support" button in Eiger's main viewer window.
If you simply want to view support articles or submit a support ticket of any kind, you can Select the menu button in the upper right corner, then select "Support."
